FlowBudget ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Data you provide:

• Financial data: Income entries, expense entries, category selections, and notes you enter into the App. This data is stored locally on your device only.
• Settings: Your budget preferences (buffer percentage, budget period, currency, notification preferences).

Data collected automatically:

• Subscription status: If you subscribe to FlowBudget Pro, RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) processes your purchase. We receive your subscription status but never your payment details — Apple handles all payment processing.
• Anonymous analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., which features are used most) to improve the App. This data cannot identify you personally.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact us directly).
• We do not access your bank accounts, credit cards, or any financial institution data.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use tracking or advertising SDKs.

3. Data Storage

All your financial data (transactions, budgets, categories) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers. If you delete the App, your local data will be permanently removed.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and entitlements. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

FlowBudget is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your data: Simply delete the App — all local data is removed.
• Export your data: Contact us if you need a copy of any data we hold.
• Opt out of analytics: Contact us and we will disable any analytics collection for your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
