These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowBudget mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using FlowBudget, you agree to these Terms.
FlowBudget is a personal budget tracking application designed for freelancers and individuals with irregular income. The App helps you track income, expenses, and calculate safe-to-spend amounts. FlowBudget is a tool for personal financial awareness — it does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlowBudget. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
FlowBudget does not require account creation. All your financial data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data entered into the App.

FlowBudget offers an optional premium subscription ("FlowBudget Pro") with the following plans:
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will be notified in advance and can cancel before the change takes effect.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. FlowBudget does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

FlowBudget is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will be perfectly accurate. The App is a budgeting tool — not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowBudget and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on App calculations or recommendations.
FlowBudget, its design, code, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
As the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail for matters related to App Store distribution.
